Submissions will be refereed on a double blind basis using a criterion-referencing system, details of which can be found at the conference website:
All applicants will be notified of the Panel's decision by 15 April 2000. The symposium, which will also include several free hands-on workshops and a separate one-day training event, will be open to presenters as well as parties simply interested in the field.
